Choosing the right hotel, Resort, all inclusive or cruise line and itinerary depends on the size and interests of your group as well as the specific needs for meeting space. *The first step is to fill out the inquiry form at the bottom of this page so we can “meet” you, discuss your group and explore various options for your Group.

We will discuss your best itinerary or destination together. Resorts and hotels offer different sizes and all inclusive options in various places in the world. Cruise ships visit almost every region of the world, from Caribbean to Europe to Asia.. The price varies according to your destination.

*Choosing your itinerary depends on where you want to go, how many days you wish to travel, and what price range suits your group.

* Meeting Rooms, cocktail parties, team building activities, special tours on land or ship may be be arranged according to your requests. Your Group should include a schedule of special unique offerings as well as leaving time for your participants to relax and enjoy themselves will be balanced and a huge success.

*A unique website or google group with all the information about your Group can be arranged for you. It is possible to include registration online if you wish. You can see photos and videos of the ship or resort, the staterooms and the areas of the public spaces and explore the different ports of call worldwide.

* Promotion and advertising the group is best accomplished by your group leaders. Travelers are a part of your Group, so they will welcome the invitation from you. We will help you to market including presentations, webinars, email blasts and social media of course.

*Do you want to CRUISE and TRAVEL FREE ? Free is good and begs more explanation.there is a formula for how many total group travelers are needed to earn a COMPLIMENTARY guest. This is the similar to negotiating for a FREE room at a hotel, resort or all inclusive. This varies by cruise line, sailing date and destination and is based on the total amount of travelers in the Group.

An example of the fine print or details for CRUISES states that for every eight (8) double, triple or quad staterooms, one guest sails free. This is a berth (travel term for a bed in a cabin on the ship) and excludes all taxes and fees. The FREE guest offer is detailed in the Group Contract made with CRUISE MASTERS TRAVEL’s group department. There may be a maximum number of free guests. There are usually additional restrictions and exceptions that will be included in the Contract. We have an excellent relationship of over 20 years with our Cruise Line Partners, Hotels, Resorts and Conference Centers to negotiate on your behalf. We also make your group’s reservations, process payments, reserve your meeting spaces and your other requests.
